Dabarkads Pauleen Luna has the cutest polka dots for the coming New Year festivities and on Instagram, she generously shared it with the public.
She used a computer program to create a cutout of Baby Tali’s face, pasted it on a blank canvas to create the cutest, most aww-inducing polka dot pattern we’ve seen just yet.
