Miss Universe Philippines names leading candidates of Runway Showcase

The Miss Universe Philippines Organization has revealed the current list of frontrunners in this year’s Runway Showcase in partnership with local beauty brand Pina Beauty.

In alphabetical order, the leading delegates as of April 10 are:

• Valerie Claire West – Ifugao (Filipino Society of New York)
• Rhancoise Mayangitan – Pampanga
• Thelma Suzanne Dayao – San Fernando, Cebu
• Jessica Victoria Cianchino – San Jose, Batangas (Filipino Society of Canada - East)
• Millien Joy Cabigas – Siargao

According to the organization’s Facebook post, these names were based on partial and unofficial voting results collected from April 1 to April 10, 2025.

Voting for the Runway Showcase is still ongoing through Pina Beauty’s e-commerce platforms and website where every P1 spent on its products is equivalent to 1 vote.

Voting ends on April 15.

The top three delegates of the Runway Showcase will automatically enter the semifinals. The first and second top delegates will advance to the evening gown competition, while the delegate with the highest votes will go to the finals.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2025 coronation night is set for May 2, 6 p.m., at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

The winner will be crowned by Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and first-ever Miss Universe Asia Chelsea Manalo.
