Mom of 8-year-old boy with visual, hearing problems seeks help through GMA Kapuso Foundation
A mother of an eight-year-old boy with visual and hearing problems, as well as dental issues is seeking help through GMA Kapuso Foundation to have her son medically examined and receive the proper treatment.
In a "24 Oras" report Monday, Judy Ann Lachama said that her son, Mark, was born premature at just six months.
According to Judy Ann, it became a struggle to speak to Mark and care for him as he grew older.
Due to his condition, Mark has difficulty reading and had to stop his studies after struggling to keep up in school.
While Judy Ann wishes to have her son examined by a medical specialist, her husband only earns P150 a day as a tricycle driver.
For those who wish to support Mark, donations may be made to GMA Kapuso Foundation via Metrobank, Land Bank, BDO, Bank of Commerce, UnionBank, PNB, Cebuana Lhuillier, GCash, Lazada, and Shopee. Visit the GMA Kapuso Foundation website for more information.
