'Heat wave' rules Google PH's trending searches in 2024; BINI, Carlos Yulo are top personalities

Google has released Filipinos' top trending keywords in different categories for 2024.

"Heat wave" is the no. 1 trending keyword for the country this year, followed by the late Jaclyn Jose and the Olympics. 

Nation's Girl Group BINI topped the list of the top searches for female personalities, while double Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo ruled the list for male personalities.

Other trending searches were hit Netflix Korean drama "Queen of Tears" for series, "Inside Out 2" for movies, and "Sining" by Dionela ft. Jay R for song lyrics.
