Chelsea Manalo arrives in Manila after earning first Miss Universe Asia title

Our queen is back!

Chelsea Manalo has arrived in Manila after getting named as the first Miss Universe Asia in Mexico after the Miss Universe 2024 pageant last month.

The Miss Universe Philippines Organization posted videos of her arrival at the airport, where was greeted by fans and the media alike.

"I'm so happy to be back home in the Philippines," she told reporters, as seen in Aubrey Carampel's video for GMA Integrated News.

Chelsea admitted she got emotional to return home after spending some time in Mexico for the pageant.

"When I landed here, mas kinakabahan pa ata ako to see the Filipinos again," she said.

She also said she is excited to work on various activities with the other continental queens as Miss Universe Asia.

Chelsea finished her Miss Universe 2024 journey in the Top 30 . She also won the Best in National Costume award with her religion-inspired ensemble by Manny Halasan .
