Who is Jamela Villanueva? Here are five things to know about her
Jamela Villanueva, the ex-girlfriend of Anthony Jennings, recently made news after exposing the actor's alleged cheating with Maris Racal.
In a series of Instagram Stories on Tuesday night, Jamela shared screenshots of their conversations to the social media platform.
She was the actor's girlfriend of seven years and her exposé comes after Anthony's announcement of their breakup earlier this week.
But who is Jamela? Here are five things to know about her.
1. A loving and supportive big sister
Jamela or Mela has a younger brother named Jhamil.
As the ate of the family, Jamela has always been vocal about her ardent support and love for her brother. When he joined a reality singing competition in 2019, she was the ever-proud big sis.
Jamela fondly calls her brother her "baby Inggo," while Jhamil has said that she is the best sister and his princess.
2. A dog lover
Jamela is a dog lover, too. She has two dogs named Cyra and Champ. On Instagram, she'd post adorable Stories of her fur babies, their funny shenanigans, and special occasions like birthdays.
3. A beach babe
As seen on her Instagram posts, Jamela loves the beach. She often shares photos of herself enjoying the beach and island life, including this breathtaking trip to the Hundred Islands in Pangasinan.
4. A LANY and Olivia Rodrigo fan
A music lover, Jamela is a fan of Olivia Rodrigo and the American pop band LANY. She previously attended Olivia's “Guts” concert in Bulacan in October and LANY’s concert in the Philippines back in 2017.
5. A foodie
Aside from music and going to beaches, Jamela finds joy in cooking. She has shared her home-cooked dishes, such as sisig tofu, sinigang, and sweet & sour fish on Instagram Stories, and also tried her hand at making Dalgona coffee.
Aside from this, Jamela shares her foodie adventures on Instagram, too, from sipping matcha latte and an espresso martini to gorging on delicious pasta and ramen.
