Heart Evangelista talks social media in Vogue Threads Manila 2024

Heart Evangelista graced Vogue Threads Manila 2024 on Thursday as one of the panelists of Vogue Talks.

According to Nelson Canlas's report on "24 Oras," the Global Fashion Icon discussed role of social media in your business.

Also in the event were Filipino social media stars Ayn Bernos, Raissa Gerona, Niana Guerrero, and Bretman Rock, who joined through video call.

"I feel like most of us entered or started social media as a way of self-expression, hobby, and it has just grown to this massive worldwide stage where we can all connect," Heart said.

"There are no more barriers or gates, we can all be friends, we can all kind of express ourselves, inspire each other."

Heart's Instagram account is filled with content featuring her OOTDs as a fashionista and her other activities. She is currently the president of the Senate Spouses Foundation Inc.

The Sparkle star has an ongoing limited reality series, "Heart World," which airs on GMA Network on Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. She said the upcoming episodes are "intense" and viewers should look forward to the revelations.

"Basically before there were fake news that were going around, now it will be addressed and are actually stolen footages that will be shown so nakaka-excite siya," she said.
