'Cat's Eye' is getting a new anime adaptation this 2025
"Cat's Eye" will have a new anime adaptation next year on Disney+!
The exciting news was announced on Thursday at the 2024 Disney APAC Content Showcase in Singapore.
Disney+ Japan released a teaser for the upcoming adaptation, featuring the theme song "Cat's Eye" performed by Ado.
A promotional poster was also released by the Disney+ Japan X account, showing a silhouette of the three main characters: Hitomi, Rui, and Ai, three sisters who manage a cafe by day and become art thieves at night.

"Cat's Eye" is a manga series created by Tsukasa Hojo and serialized in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from 1981 to 1985.
It was later adapted into an anime series with two seasons, which ran from 1983 to 1985. It also aired on GMA Network in the early 2000s.
"Cat's Eye" had a crossover film with "Lupin III," titled "Lupin III vs Cat's Eye," last year.
