Watch these 6 Studio Ghibli films on the big screen for free this November

Six Studio Ghibli films will be available for free on the big screen on November 16 and 17!

According to the Japan Foundation Manila, a Studio Ghibli weekend mini film festival will be held at the Shangri-La Plaza Red Carpet Cinema.

The films that will be featured at the event are "Spirited Away," "My Neighbor Totoro," "Ponyo," "Howl's Moving Castle," "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind," and "Castle in the Sky."

All six films were directed by Studio Ghibli co-founder Hayao Miyazaki, one of the Ramon Magsaysay Awardees for 2024.

Tickets will be available online starting November 4.

Studio Ghibli films are also available for streaming on Netflix, including "Grave of the Fireflies" which premiered on the platform in September.
