Kendra Kramer bags medals at Hong Kong swimming competition
Kendra Kramer won several medals at a recent swimming competition in Hong Kong.
On Instagram, the daughter of celebrity couple Chesca Garcia and Doug Kramer showed off her medals after the Asia Christian Schools Conference (ACSC) Swimming competition.
Among the photos she shared were her second and third podium finishes, as well as a first podium finish with her teammates.
"My swim journey continues, one stroke at a time," Kendra wrote.
"I love this sport with all my heart, and I will continue to push myself and reach new heights," she added.
Kendra also thanked her parents for being her "No. 1 supporters and No. 1 critics."
"The countless pep talks have kept me going," she said.
In a separate post, Kendra's proud parents flexed her newest achievements.
"Kendra, mom and I truly believe in you! People will see the 3rd place, the 2nd place, and might even question it, but they don't see and realize the climb you've done from the bottom," Doug said.
The former PBA player also acknowledged Kendra's hard work and commitment to the sport, including waking up at 4:30 a.m. to train twice daily while balancing her schooling.
"These are the seeds you've been planting, and you're slowly starting to harvest," he said.
"Keep shining, baby girl! We're right behind you!" he added.
In September, Kendra made her swimming comeback.
Kendra started participating in swimming competitions in 2023 and has already won several medals.
Previously, Chesca expressed pride over her daughter's perseverance when it comes to swimming.
Kendra celebrated her 15th birthday in June. She had an intimate birthday party to mark her special day, where she and Doug shared a father-daughter dance.
Congratulations, Kendra!
