'That Kind of Love' starring Barbie Forteza, David Licauco tops Netflix's 'Top 10 Movies in the Philippines Today'

"That Kind of Love" starring Barbie Forteza and David Licauco instantly made waves on Netflix shortly after debuting on the platform.

The romantic comedy movie is currently ranked no. 1 on "Top 10 Movies in the Philippines Today," besting films like "The Predator" and "Uprising."

Directed by Catherine Camarillo, the story follows a dating coach named Mila (Barbie) who tries to help Adam (David) find love. The lead stars flew to South Korea last year to film some scenes.

"That Kind of Love" premiered in Philippine cinemas on July 10. It was also an entry to the Jinseo Arigato International Film Festival in March.

It began streaming on Netflix on October 10.

Barbie and David currently star on GMA Prime series "Pulang Araw," which airs weeknights at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." It also streams on Netflix.
