Jasmin Bungay glows in gold during Miss Globe 2024 sashing ceremony

The Miss Globe 2024 competition is on!

Filipina beauty Jasmin Bungay wore a golden gown by Angeles City-based designer Carl John Miranda during the sashing ceremony of the international pageant.

After strutting the runway with her signature pasarela, Jasmin introduced herself as the Philippines’ representative.

“Let’s go, Pilipinas,” Binibining Pilipinas wrote on Instagram, inviting fans to vote for Jasmin through the Miss Globe website.

Jasmin flew to Albania on September 24 for the competition. She advocates for the empowerment of overseas Filipino workers and the rights of the LGBTQ+ community.

She is vying for the country’s third Miss Globe crown, which was taken home by Ann Lorraine Colis and Maureen Montagne in 2015 and 2021, respectively.

The Miss Globe 2024 coronation night is happening on October 15.
