Chito Miranda and Flow G drop new song ‘Kasama’
Two forces of OPM have come together for this new collab.
Chito Miranda of Parokya ni Edgar and Flow G dropped a new song, “Kasama.” The slow, acoustic love song is all about sticking by each other despite a relationship’s challenges. Flow G, a member of hip-hop collective Ex Batallion, also raps in the track.
“Kasama” also has a lyric video with clips of the artists’ studio recording and bonding session.
As of this writing, it has over 716,00 views, more than 32,000 likes, and around 1,800 comments. It is also the #1 trending video for music on YouTube Music in the Philippines.
On Instagram, Chito posted about the trending video and wrote, “Astig. Maraming salamat po.”
Flow G commented, “Sir Chito congrats satin at maraming salamat sa kanta na to!! Game na agad sa next haha.”
“Yup game na,” Chito replied.
Chito was previously a judge on GMA-7’s “The Voice Generations.”
A musical featuring Parokya ni Edgar’s songs was staged this 2024.
Among the rock band’s hit songs include “Halaga,” “Bagsakan” with Francis M and Gloc-9, “Harana,” and “Your Song."
Meanwhile, Flow G's solo songs include “Rapstar,” “Ebeb,” and “G Wolf.”
