Ariana Grande drops ‘slightly deluxe and live’ edition of ‘Eternal Sunshine’
Ariana Grande surprised fans with the “slightly deluxe and live” edition of her latest album, “Eternal Sunshine.”
On Instagram, Ariana said that she wanted to make the surprise drop “before I head back into my bubble and meet you over the rainbow next month.”
“Eternal Sunshine (Slightly Deluxe and Also Live)” dropped on October 1, featuring previously released remixes like “Yes, And? (with Mariah Carey)” and “The Boy is Mine (with Brandy and Monica).”
It also has an acoustic version of “Imperfect for You” and live versions of seven songs: "Intro (End of the World)," "Don't Wanna Break Up Again," "Eternal Sunshine," "Supernatural," "Yes, And?" "We Can't Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)," and "Imperfect for You."
“So, I performed seven songs (from AG7) with this wonderful group of musicians, in celebration of seven months of ‘Eternal Sunshine,’” she said, adding that the videos of the seven live versions will come out one at a time for each day following the album’s release.
She also mentioned Peaches, the character she plays in the “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait For Your Love)” music video, as she thanked her fans.
“Peaches says thank you for all of your love and that she cannot wait to see you again later,” Ariana said.
“Eternal Sunshine” is Ariana’s comeback album and was released in March.
She plays Glinda, the Good Witch in Jon Chu's “Wicked,” which premieres in Philippine cinemas on November 20.
