Jasmin Bungay flies to Albania for Miss Globe 2024
Jasmin Bungay is now heading to Albania to compete at the Miss Globe 2024 pageant!
On social media on Tuesday, Binibining Pilipinas posted photos of Jasmin at the airport.
The Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2024 mesmerized in a red, modern Filipiniana top and pants designed by Marlon Tuazon. She donned a sash that read "Philippines" as she posed with a small Philippine flag.
"She's off and ready to conquer the globe! Let’s wish Binibining Pilipinas Globe Jasmin Bungay good luck as she travels today to Albania for The Miss Globe 2024 on October 15!" said Binibining Pilipinas.
In July this year, the Kapampangan beauty was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2024 by her predecessor, Miss Globe 2023 second runner-up Anna Lakrini.
She will vie for the Philippines' third Miss Globe crown, which was taken home by Ann Lorraine Colis and Maureen Montagne in 2015 and 2021, respectively.
Jasmin advocates for the empowerment of overseas Filipino workers and the rights of the LGBTQ+ community.
The Miss Globe 2024 pageant will kick off this September and is set to hold its coronation night on October 15 in Tirana, Albania.
