Mariah Carey joins Philippines in early celebration of Christmas season

Mariah Carey has joined her Filipino fans in kicking off the Christmas season as early as September!

On Saturday, Mariah shared a site dedicated to the Philippines, which includes links where fans can play her song “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”

“Philippines, it's time (only for you!!) I hope you're all safe and well. Let’s celebrate together,” she wrote in the caption.

Last year, Mariah’s Christmas song increased in Spotify streams and said, “I'll allow it for my Filipino lambs.”

As of this writing, “All I Want For Christmas Is You” has over 1,800,000,000 plays.

Unfortunately, Mariah lost her mother, Patricia, and her sister, Alison, last month on the same day.

“I appreciate everyone’s love and support and respect for my privacy during this impossible time,” she said.
