Here’s another treat from Julie Anne San Jose!
On Instagram, the Asia’s Limitless Star shared a clip of her singing to “Good Luck, Babe” by American singer-songwriter Chappell Roan.
In the video, Julie played her guitar as she delivered a powerful acoustic performance of the hit song.
“Good luck, babe,” she wrote in the caption.
Fans and fellow celebrities, including Julie's boyfriend Rayver Cruz, couldn't help but praise her cover.
“Grabe one of a kind voice. Sapul me everyday,” he wrote.
Rayver also tagged Chappell in another comment.
“Good Luck, Babe,” released in April 2024, has gone on to become one of Chappell’s most popular songs, amassing over 550 million streams on Spotify, thus far.
Julie has been impressing netizens with her song covers, such as her version of Parokya ni Edgar’s “Your Song.”
She has also been doing song covers with her boyfriend Rayver, which include their duet of classics like Extreme’s “More Than Words” and Richard Marx’s “Now And Forever.”
Julie flew to the United States with Rayver this month for the Sparkle World Tour in Anaheim and San Francisco in California. They were joined by Boobay, Alden Richards, Isko Moreno, and AiAi delas Alas.
During their Cali trip, Julie and Rayver took photos at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, explored Disneyland in California with Boobay, and even went guitar hunting in Hollywood.
Julie previously made a special appearance in "Pulang Araw" as Katy Dela Cruz, the Queen of Bodabil.
