SB19 reveals bonding over lotto before they became famous

Before they became the P-Pop kings that they are today, the members of SB19 were just like every Filipino hoping for a better life. In fact, the group bonded over placing bets on the lottery!

The group shared this during their interview with "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" at the headquarters of their company, 1Z Entertainment.

During the final Fast Talk portion, the boys were asked whether they were guilty or not guilty of joining the lotto. They all emphatically answered "guilty!"

"Before kami sumikat at ako hanggang ngayon 'pag mataas 'yung mga jackpot. Just in case lang, wala namang masama," Josh confessed.

"Bonding po namin 'yun dati, sa may Magallanes," Stell said, adding that they even tried their luck on scratch-it games.

According to Pablo, joining the lotto became their way of lightening up the risks they were taking by pursuing a music career.

"'Yung biruan po namin, 'Kung 'di man tayo sumikat at least manalo tayo sa lotto!'" he said.

Now, SB19 has finally found the success they were seeking. The group is one of the most popular P-Pop groups and they now run their own company.

After an album, two EPs, several singles, and solo debut for each member, SB19 has come a long way from their humble beginnings as trainees aspiring to become stars.

Composed of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, the group is known for their songs "GENTO," "MAPA," and "Kalakal."
