Derek Ramsay poses for snap with Olympic champ Carlos Yulo

Derek Ramsay just had a moment with our Olympic champ Carlos Yulo!

On Instagram, the actor shared a selfie of him with the two-time Olympic gold medalist taken from what seems to be a party.

In the caption, Derek simply wrote five gold medal emojis.

The Olympian made history at the recently-concluded 2024 Paris Olympics, winning two gold medals, ruling both the floor exercise and vault in men's gymnastics. He is the country's second-ever gold medalist in the Olympics and one of only four to win two medals.

Yulo has attended several homecoming events in his return to the country, which includes meeting with President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on August 13 and a parade in Manila the day after.

The gymnastics sensation also visited GMA Network last week.

Meanwhile, Derek has been married to Ellen Adarna since 2021. Last year, he starred in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry "Kampon."
