SB19 honors A'TIN for Awit Awards 2024 nominations: ‘Let’s continue to make history together’

SB19 has nothing but a grateful heart after receiving the most nominations at the 37th Awit Awards.

On Instagram, the P-pop Kings shared the achievement to their beloved A’TIN and expressed their gratitude.

“This journey has been nothing short of amazing, and we’re deeply grateful for your unwavering support, A'TIN!” SB19 wrote.

“Let’s continue to make history together,” SB19 added.

The five-piece group received 12 nominations at the Awit Awards 2024, with its "Pagtatag!" EP getting the nod for Album of the Year and its hit single "GENTO" grabbing six nominations.

Here is the full list of SB19’s nominations:

• Album of the Year - "Pagtatag!"
• Record of the Year - "Gento"
• Song of the Year - "Gento"
• Best Performance by a Group - "Gento"
• Best Dance/Electronic Recording - "Gento" and "Crimzone"
• Best Global Collaboration Recording - "Golden Hour (SB19 Remix)"
• Best Ballad Recording - "Liham"
• Best Pop Recording - "Gento"
• Best Music Video - "Gento" and "I Want You"
• Best Engineered Recording - "I Want You"

Nation's Girl Group BINI and Lola Amour follow with seven nominations each, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year for their songs "Pantropiko" and "Raining in Manila," respectively.

SB19 recently dropped "Kalakal," a song they collaborated on with Gloc-9 that talks about Filipino consumerism.

SB19 concluded its second world tour this year.

The group is releasing a documentary film this August 28, all about their “Pagtatag!” era.

Composed of Pablo, Stell, Ken, Justin, and Josh, SB19 debuted in 2018 and is known for their songs "GENTO," "Mapa," "Bazinga," and more.
