Gary Valenciano announces 2 more Pure Energy concerts on his 60th birthday
Gary Valenciano just added two more dates for his Pure Energy 40th anniversary concert series, and it's happening at no less than the Big Dome!
Mr. Pure Energy announced the happy news on Instagram on Tuesday, which is also his 60th birthday. The artist shared a poster of a numbered list with the words, "Energy, hope, revival, legacy, one more time."
The bottom of the poster said that shows will be happening on December 20 and 22 at the Araneta Coliseum.
"Thanks to all of those who've greeted me and have reminded me how old I am today," Gary V. said in his caption.
"And as I enter this new era as a senior, let's take it back to where it all began 40 years ago and do this one more time," he added with the hashtag: #GaryVPureEnergyONEMORETIME.
Months ago, Gary had three successful Pure Energy concerts. The shows are in celebration of his 40th anniversary in the entertainment industry.
Two concerts happened in April, where Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz were special guests on the first night.
He added another concert date in May, which was sold out. Gary also expressed hope that more concerts could be staged for his fans.
The concerts were directed by his son, Paolo Valenciano.
In July, Gary was one of the guests at Stell of SB19 and Julie Anne's concert at the New Frontier Theater.
Gary's top hits include "'Di Bale Nalang," "'Di Na Natuto," "Shout For Joy," "Sana Maulit Muli," and "Take Me Out of the Dark," among many others.
