GMA Gala 2024 “blings” on the winning moments

The 2024 GMA Gala was a night to remember, with a dazzling array of guests and enchanting moments. The annual convergence of the showbiz’ brightest stars, themed “Bling”, was held last July 20 at the Marriott Hotel, and drew an elite crowd of celebrities, dignitaries, and influencers. A shimmering cascade of black and white gowns and suits adorned the red carpet as soon as it opened.

The exquisite ambiance was the perfect set-up for some notable encounters which included captivating performances, heartfelt speeches, and the much-anticipated award presentations. Experience some of the evening’s winning moments in this photo gallery:

Miss Universe

Reigning Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Anne Manalo was a sight to behold as she gracefully entered the Gala scene. Her confidence and beauty were a winning combination draped in a timeless silhouette that was accented by a custom, locally-made handbag.

Icon of the Night

The night witnessed an elegant parade of stars, but there was one that truly stood out. Sparkle artist and versatile actor Ken Chan bagged the Bingo Plus Night Icon award with his simple, pristine white get-up. Along with the award, he brings home Php200,000 cash, half of which will be donated to the GMA Kapuso Foundation.

Donation to GMAKF

To cap off the magical night, GMA Gala Platinum sponsor Bingo Plus unveiled the winning-est moment of the evening with its Php200,000 donation to the GMA Kapuso Foundation. The donation was presented by the DigiPlus Vice President of Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Sustainability, Celeste Jovenir, in support of the Foundation’s nationwide charitable missions.
