Super Typhoon Carina: A list of hotlines for emergency rescue

Tropical cyclone Carina has progressed into a super typhoon Wednesday afternoon, as it caused intense flooding in several areas in Metro Manila, which was earlier placed under a state of calamity.

A number of malls and establishments are offering free overnight parking, WiFi, phone charging stations, and bathroom use to those who may need assistance during the typhoon and the Carina-enhanced habagat.
