SONA 2024: Fringe, wave-inspired Filipinianas spotted on the red carpet

Ahead of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.’s third State of the Nation Address (SONA), attendees walked the red carpet in their very best.

Lawmakers and their companions donned modern Barong Tagalogs and Filipinianas in various colors and different textures, but certain details caught our eye: fringe and ripple-like designs that resembled dreamy ocean waves.
