'Now You See Me 3' set to hit theaters in November 2025
"Now You See Me 3" finally got an official release date!
Lionsgate announced that the third installment of the magic-themed film series is set to hit theaters on Nov. 14, 2025, according to a report by Deadline. It will be directed by Ruben Fleischer, known for his work on "Venom," "Zombieland," "Gangster Squad," and more.
Thus far, no other film is scheduled to open on this specific date, although other huge titles are also debuting in November 2025, per the report. These include Jon Chu's "Wicked: Part Two," Marvel's "Blade," Yorgos Lanthimos' "Bugonia," and "Zootopia 2."
The release date comes as a lift for fans who've been waiting for the threequel since "Now You See Me 2" opened in theaters in 2016.
The plot of the third installment is still hush-hush, but fans can expect to see the original cast return in the film, namely Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman. They will be joined by a new generation of thieving magicians, with Rosamund Pike, Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Ariana Greenblatt among the newcomers.
Back in April, it was announced that the original cast of the franchise will be returning for "Now You See Me 3."
"Now You See Me," which kicked off in 2013, follows the story of a group of illusionists called the Four Horsemen, led by magician Atlas (Jesse).
