The World Chocolate Fair is bringing back the sweetness this July

The World Chocolate Fair is back for its fifth year — and just in time for World Chocolate Day on July 7.

The World Chocolate Fair, a collaboration between S Maison at Conrad Manila and award-winning Philippine chocolate company Auro Chocolate, will be held from July 3 to 7, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., at the Main Atrium of S Maison mall in Pasay City.

The event is free admission and will feature mouthwatering and limited-edition pastries, confectioneries, and drinks crafted from award-winning cacao and chocolate from this year's partners: Half Saints, Doughmain, Daniel Baker, Bubu Bars, Conrad Manila, Ciento Cookies, Mindful Indulgence, Kultura, and But First, Coffee.

One of the main highlights of the fair is the Wooden Dragon's Lair, where chocoholics can sample special creations made from Auro's award-winning chocolate, such as the Basque Burnt Chocolate Cheesecake, Auro Chocolate Truffles in eight flavor combinations, and house-made soda.

S Maison and Auro Chocolate brought the first-ever and grandest chocolate fair in the Philippines in 2019. While there was no World Chocolate Fair in 2020 due to the health crisis, the event returned with a bang in 2021 and has been bringing delectable creations to Filipino chocolate lovers since.

Auro Chocolate is known for its internationally-awarded tree-to-bar chocolates made from fine cacao beans sustainably sourced from local farmers. Auro's chocolates have received over 54 international awards from award-giving bodies such as the Academy of Chocolate, Great Taste Award, and International Chocolate Awards since its launch in 2017.

Jose Saguban, the farming partner of Auro, has also bagged an award for his cacao. In fact, Mang Jose's cacao beans were named among the Top 20 best cacao beans in the world at the International Cocoa Awards held in Paris, France, in 2019.

Early this year, Auro collaborated with Japanese almond milk brand Almond Koka for the pop-up Orinasu Cafe
