At the last Milan Fashion Week, an Italian brand didn't start the show until Heart Evangelista arrived

There's no doubt that Heart Evangelista is one of the most awaited guests in runway shows, whether in Milan, Paris, or New York.

Case in point: At the recent Milan Fashion Week, Italian brand Vivetta didn't start the show until the Global Fashion Icon arrived at the venue.

On Instagram, Heart got real on how it could get hectic fashion weeks are and revealed how bad traffic can get in Milan, especially during Fashion Week.

"In Europe, it can also be traffic, or sometimes, [the shows] are just far away," she said.

"I almost missed the show because it was just impossible [to arrive on time]," she added.

In the video, Heart could be seen nearly giving up on making it to the Vivetta show, but when she arrived at the venue, she was surprised that they waited for her before starting the event.

"I was so embarrassed because they waited for me," she said. "I didn't know, I was flattered that they waited."

"But Vivetta, I'm not the type that likes to be waited on," she added. "I was just really late, but thank you so much."

In Heart's latest vlog, she talked about her humble beginnings of attending fashion weeks as part of the press and eventually making a name for herself as a key opinion leader in the European fashion scene.

But it's not all fine and dandy. Earlier this month, Heart alleged her content on Paris Fashion Week was sabotaged by a group of people. She simply responded with, "Hayaan na."

In the same month, however, Heart ranked fourth among the top 20 global celebrities in fashion and sportswear in Launchmetrics Insights' latest report on fashion marketing.
