Binibining Pilipinas 2024 reveals new crowns, bigger prizes for winners

The Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI) just revealed the new crowns and bigger prizes that will be bestowed on the reigning queens' successors on the grand coronation night of Binibining Pilipinas 2024 in July.

Forty candidates vying for the Bb. Pilipinas 2024 crowns showed off their pasarela skills in swimsuits during the press presentation held at the New Frontier Theater on Friday, June 7.

BPCI unveiled the two new crowns that current titleholders Bb. Pilipinas International Angelica Lopez and Bb. Pilipinas Globe Anna Lakrini will be bestowing on their successors on the grand coronation night.

The two new crowns were created by jeweler Manny Halasan. These featured ethical diamonds and were created based on the iconic logo of Bb. Pilipinas.

The prizes for this year's pageant winners and runners-up were also revealed. The two runners-up, according to Bb. Pilipinas, will each receive P400,000. Meanwhile, the new Bb. Pilipinas International and Bb. Pilipinas Globe titleholders will be given P1 million each.

The Bb. Pilipinas 2024 grand coronation will be held on July 7 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The event will include performances from P-pop group SB19, Gary Valenciano, and Martin Nievera, while former Binibini queens Catriona Gray, Nicole Cordovez, MJ Lastimosa, and Kylie Versoza will serve as hosts.

Last month, the candidates of Bb. Pilipinas 2024 showed off their best walks at a swimsuit fashion show at The Lagoon in Gateway Mall 2. The girls donned swimwear by Dia Ali and shoes by MariQueen PH.
