Stacey Gabriel responds in jest to MJ Lastimosa’s comment: ‘Kung pinahiram mo NatCos mo, tiyak akin ang korona’

Cainta's Stacey Gabriel has continued to show off her hilarious humor even after the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant!

On Instagram, Stacey concluded her 2024 pageant run with photos of her and the newly-crowned Miss Universe Philippines, Chelsea Manalo.

In the photos taken during the coronation night, Stacey and Chelsea stood on the stage in their breathtaking long gowns in white. In the comments section, Miss Universe Philippines 2014 MJ Lastimosa couldn't help but compliment the two.

"The gowns tho!" MJ commented, followed by a smiling face with heart-eyes emojis.

To this, Stacey hilariously replied, “Pero kung pinahiram mo [National Costume] mo, mahal na reyna, tiyak akin ang korona.”

The beauty queen from Cainta was referring to MJ's Filipiniana NatCos, which has been resurfacing on the internet every time there is an ongoing pageant or festival.

MJ's national costume was truly one for the books, and back then, many netizens compared her look to that of a birthday cake.

Stacey concluded her Miss Universe Philippines 2024 stint with a 1st Runner-Up finish.
