New Tagalag Public Library in Valenzuela City now open
There's a new public library in Valenzuela City!
The Tagalag Public Library held its grand opening on Wednesday in Barangay Tagalag.
The library aims to foster collective learning among community members by serving as a space where people of all ages can have easier access to education and resources. It is an initiative by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Tagalag.
It offers various services and facilities to the community, including an art corner where visitors can borrow art supplies for free. The art corner also serves as an exhibit space for aspiring artists in the community.
There's a computer area with high-speed internet access, where visitors can use the desktops for free to conduct research, partake in online activities, and more.
The library also offers free printing of documents and assignments up to a certain limit per student.
The clean, well-lighted reading area, on the other hand, is the perfect space for bookworms of all types to gather and read.
Visitors may also use and borrow books from the library's extensive collection for free.
The Tagalag Public Library is located right next to the Tagalag Barangay Hall and is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
