Girls’ Generation’s Yoona stuns in pink Monique Lhuillier gown at Cannes Film Fest
Girls’ Generation's Yoona was definitely a stunner at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival with her pink gown designed by Filipino fashion designer Monique Lhuillier.
On Instagram, the Cebuana designer shared a much closer look of the K-pop star wearing her masterpiece.
“Night of Glamour! [Yoona Lim] attends the 77th Annual Cannes Film Festival!” Monique wrote.
Yoona attended the 77th Cannes Film Festival held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France, as an ambassador of a fine jewelry brand.
Aside from Yoona, Filipino celebrities such as Kylie Verzosa, Shaina Magdayao, Sylvia Sanchez, Ruby Ruiz, and Xian Lim also attended the film festival.
Last March, the South Korean singer and actress visited the Philippines for a fan meet.
She debuted with Girls’ Generation, also called SNSD, in 2007. Considered as one of the top K-pop girl groups worldwide, Girls' Generation was behind the hit songs, “Gee,” “FOREVER 1,” “Lion Heart,” “Mr. Mr.,” “Run Devil Run,” and many more.
Girls’ Generation returned as a full group in 2022 after a five-year hiatus with the album “FOREVER 1” and the reality show “So Shi Tam Tam.”
Yoona made her solo debut in 2019 with the EP, “A Walk to Remember.” Her hits include “When the Wind Blows,” “Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway,” and “To You.”
She is also an accomplished actress and is best known for her roles in “Exit,” “Big Mouth,” and “Confidential Assignment 2: International.”
