Mikee Quintos stunned in her dazzling Reyna Elena look for the Caingin Grand Sagalahan 2024 in San Rafael, Bulacan.

On Instagram, the Sparkle actress shared an up close view of her all silver gown and headdress designed by stylist Zyrill Jane Jacinto.

"Thank you for tonight, #SanRafael!" Mikee wrote in the caption.

In 2022, Mikee revealed that he is in a relationship with Paul Salas .

The couple starred in " Mano Po Legacy: The Flower Sisters " and " The Write One ."

In December, Mikee launched her own beauty and personal care brand , Tribute.
