Boy Abunda reveals he was considered to be a judge at Miss Universe 2023

Boy Abunda revealed that he was considered to be part of the judges panel of the recently concluded Miss Universe 2023.

In "The Talk" segment of Tuesday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" episode, Tito Boy said he was invited to judge but later got disqualified because of his latest interview with Michelle Dee on his talk show.

"Ako ay naimbitahan, but I was also disqualified from judging this year's Miss Universe dahil I did an interview with one of the candidates, si Michelle Dee," he said. 

"Sa kanilang rules ay bawal ['yun]," he added.

Nevertheless, the King of Talk said his interview with Michelle was worth it and that he was really going to vote for the Philippine bet if he ever made it to the judges panel.

"I can imagine how difficult it is to judge, but we're still very happy, Michelle got to the Top 10," he said.

"We just have a lot of questions, but pag dating ni Michelle dito sana'y magkaroon tayo ng pagkakataong makausap [siya] ng personal," he added.

During Michelle's guesting on "Fast Talk," she did a pageant-like Q&A portion where she wowed everyone with her thoughtful answers.

Michelle concluded her Miss Universe 2023 journey with a Top 10 finish and three special awards, including Voice for Change, to her name.

The Sparkle beauty queen is currently in Mexico with other delegates for media guesting.
