Busy with acting career, Herlene Budol keeps one eye on pageant dreams

Herlene Budol is currently busy with her acting career, but she is still very much a beauty queen.

According to Lhar Santiago's report on "24 Oras," Tuesday, the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 first runner-up remains focused on her pageant dreams.

Herlene previously confirmed that she will join Miss Grand International.

"May mga kumplikado pa pong mga papeles or may mga matatamaan pa po kaya malalaman po this year, kung maaayos po namin 'yun, itutuloy po namin," she said.

In the meantime, she is working on her upcoming series "Magandang Dilag."

"May takot, may kaba, excited, basta halo-halo po talaga kasi this is my first lead role po talaga," Herlene said.

She will star with Benjamin Alves, Rob Gomez, Maxine Medina, Bianca Manalo, and Angela Alarcon, among others in "Magandang Dilag."

Herlene was supposed to join the Miss Planet International in Uganda last year, but she withdrew after experiencing uncertainties with the organizers.
