Jessica Sanchez, R'Bonney Gabriel meet ahead of Miss Universe Philippines coronation

Just some Filipina queens chilling!

Jessica Sanchez and R’Bonney Gabriel were able to meet ahead of the Miss Universe Philippines coronation on Saturday.

According to a Miss Universe Instagram post, R’Bonney stopped by the rehearsals to meet with the aspiring queens.

She met Jessica at what looked like an empty theater. They had huge smiles and looked very excited.

“Met the stunning [and] sweet miss [R’bonney]!” Jessica said on her Instagram Story, reposting a video of their meetup from Carlo Orosa. “I look like a potato next to you, just saying,” she added with laughing and red heart emojis.

“Hope to see you again mañana,” Jessica added. 'Mañana' means tomorrow or in the future in Spanish.

R’Bonney, the reigning Miss Universe and the f irst Filipino-American queen to win the title, is the coronation night’s special guest. Meanwhile, Jessica is one of the night’s performers.

Celeste Cortesi is set to crown her successor tonight at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
