Song Kang gets emotional during first fan meet in the Philippines

Song Kang was in town for his first-ever fan meet in the Philippines, and he got visibly emotional and overwhelmed by the support of his Filipino fans.

According to Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," the Korean heartthrob also danced to "Hype Boy" and made his fans kilig during the event at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Sunday.

He also shared which Filipino food he had tried, like halo-halo, kare-kare, and bulalo.

In a one-on-one interview, he told Aubrey through a translator that they were "delicious."

Song Kang also said that he would love to go to Boracay, eat a lot of seafood, and have a "healing" experience outside the city. He added that he likes the weather here.

He also had a message for his Kapuso fans: "Salamat po, Kapuso. Mahal kita."

Song Kang starred in several K-dramas like "Forecasting Love and Weather," "Sweet Home," "Nevertheless," "Navillera," and "Love Alarm."
