This pet owner owns over 80 rabbits

With rabbits being all fluffy and adorable, it's no wonder this owner ended up with over 80 of them.

According to Marisol Abdurahman's "24 Oras" report, Thursday, Alex Ong has all sorts of kinds and colors including an English Angora.

"They're very friendly. They're very humble. They're close to people, they're very smart," he said.

Noy Roque, a rabbit breeder, said it's normal for people to want rabbits as these animals are also clean.

"Malilinis po sila sa katawan. Ayaw nila ng madumi sila. Lagi silang naglilinis. Bukod sa mabilis silang dumami, 'pag nakita ng tao yung rabbit, gusto agad nila alagaan," he said.

("They are clean with their bodies. They don't like getting dirty. They always groom themselves. They are fast breeders and when people see them, they want to care for them.")

Rabbits are known to symbolize good relationships, said feng shui expert Dr. Anthony Fuguso.

"It [has] relations with all the other zodiacs. S'yempre there are animals na hindi lucky with rabbit pero it exerts its energy with the entire zodiac," he said.

In case you didn't know, 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit. Meanwhile, Chinese New Year is on January 22.
