Andrew Schimmer mourns passing of wife Jorhomy: ‘Masakit’

Andrew Schimmer took to Facebook to announce the passing of his wife Jorhomy “Jho” Rovero.

In a video, Andrew said he was taping for a show when his wife’s doctors told him that she lost oxygen “and everything.” When he arrived, she was already being revived. 

“They did everything they could. Masakit lang,” he said. “Wala nang buhay yung kamay niya.”

He also showed his “sleeping beauty” to his followers, who followed their road to recovery for months.

Jho has been in the hospital for months after suffering from a severe asthma attack that led to cardiac arrest and lack of oxygen in the brain, according to a PEP.ph report.

Andrew has since been sharing on social media how they have been working on Jho’s condition. They have also received lots of support from the netizens.

As of writing, the news of Jho’s death has captured 41,000 reactions and 6,400 shares on Facebook.
