Gabbi Garcia is Taiwan’s first Filipina tourism ambassador!

According to Cata Tibayan’s “24 Oras” report Wednesday, the Kapuso actress is flying to the country next month to explore more of it. She looks forward to the good food and the night market.

“If they have the time, they have to go to Jiufen. It’s a nice place. Medyo pataas pababa lang siya but it’s worth the exercise and calories burned because ang daming magagandang souvenir,” she said.

Gabbi and Ambassador Michael Peiyung Su, representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office to the Philippines, headlined the “Panahon sa Taiwan” promotion fair last Saturday.

They seek to encourage Filipinos to visit Taiwan for their vacations.
