10-meter Christmas tree in Santolan Town Plaza lights up for kids

It’s time for kids in San Juan City to enjoy the Christmas season.

As seen on Mark Salazar’s “24 Oras” report Wednesday, the 10-meter Christmas tree at the Santolan Town Plaza has now been lit with around 10,000 glimmering lights.

Though the mall continued to keep the holiday season in 2021 alive, kids were still restricted due to the health protocols.

As such, Rockwell Land’s vice president for residential and retail development Tracey Castillo said they made it extra special this year.

“We noticed during the time na biglang kids are allowed to go out, you see a spike in traffic, you see a spike in spending because for two years, they probably missed it,” she said.
