Herlene Budol flies to Uganda to represent Philippines at Miss Planet International

Herlene Budol is now on her way to represent the Philippines at the Miss Planet International pageant.

In the photos shared by Binibining Pilipinas, Thursday, Herlene looked fresh and ready to win a crown in a yellow power suit as she waved the Philippine flag.

"Goodbye for now as Herlene gets ready to say hello to Uganda. Miss Planet International, here she comes," the caption on Facebook read.

As of this writing, the update has garnered over 8,000 reactions and hundreds of comments from netizens wishing her good luck.

Prior to boarding, Herlene prayed to her late grandmother for guidance on her pageant journey.

Herlene was named first runner-up at Binibining Pilipinas 2022, where she also won seven awards.

The Miss Planet International coronation is on November 19 in Kampala, Uganda.
