GMA Network receives Top Entertainment nomination at TikTok Awards 2022

GMA Network has been nominated for the Top Entertainment Award at TikTok Awards 2022!

According to TikTok, the award will be given to the “media entertainment partner that has achieved the most video views, video engagement, and net followers on TikTok for the time period.”

GMA Network, which has 1.2 million followers, is joined by YouLOL, the network’s official comedy YouTube channel, in the list of nominees.

Other nominees are Viu Philippines, It’s Showtime, Island Records, Warner Music Philippines, Sing Galing, Netflix Philippines, U Music Philippines, and RCD Narratives.

Several Kapuso stars have also been recognized, including Althea Ablan, Kyline Alcantara, and Cassy Legaspi who are nominated for Celebrity of the Year.

Kapuso girl group XOXO, meanwhile, is among the nominees for P-Pop Group of the Year.

For the People’s Choice Award categories including Celebrity of the Year and P-Pop Group of the Year, fans can vote on the TikTok Awards 2022 website.

TikTok Awards 2022 will stream live on Aug. 20, 7 p.m. – RC, GMA News
