Red Velvet arrives in Manila
Red Velvet is here!
The K-Pop girl group arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport late on Thursday night and were warmly welcomed by their Filipino ReVeluvs. Though surrounded by security, the members still waved to their loyal fans.
Red Velvet is set to perform tonight, Friday, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. The concert, titled “Be You: The World Will Adjust,” is described as “an extraordinary celebration for People with Special Needs.”
The concert lineup also includes local acts BGYO, BINI, and Lady Pipay.
Red Velvet, composed of Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, and Yeri, last visited the Philippines in 2019.
The group made a comeback in March with the mini album "The ReVe Festival 2022 - Feel My Rhythm," and a music video for the title track "Feel My Rhythm." —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA News
