Beatrice Luigi Gomez hugs Miss Universe Colombia after they bow out of competition

Throughout the 70th Miss Universe competition, Philippines’ Beatrice Luigi Gomez has proven why she is a crowd favorite. Apart from her wit and beauty, she’s also a friend to everyone.

Case in point: Hugging Miss Colombia Valeria Ayos after they failed to land on the pageant’s Top 3 while also clapping for South Africa’s Lalela Mswane, Paraguay’s Nadia Ferreira, and India’s Harnaaz Sandhu.

During the competition, she was also spotted being cheered on by her “besties” and “roomies” Nandita Banna from Singapore and Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen from Vietnam.

Meanwhile, after the pageant, the Cebuana beauty queen paid a visit to the newly crowned Sandhu to give her a hug and congratulate her for her win.

Of course, she wouldn’t forget to give support to her fellow Filipina and 70th Miss Universe judge Marian Rivera. Shortly after Harnaaz’s crowning moment, they held hands and shared a laugh.

Since arriving in Israel last November, Beatrice spent a lot of time with her fellow queens while they toured the Middle East. She even had a cute piggyback moment with Armenia’s Nane Avetisyan for a photo op.

Though Beatrice failed to enter the 70th Miss Universe Top 3, it sure looked like she won with all the friends and bonding moments she gained throughout her stint.

Of course, let’s not leave out the pride she brought the Philippines with her outstanding performances.
