Metro Manila Pride March goes virtual on Saturday night
It may be the second year Pride Month will be celebrated in lockdown, but the community and allies can still join the march albeit virtually!
According to the Metro Manila Pride, the Metro Manila Pride March and Festival will be held virtually tonight at 7 p.m. with the theme "Sulong Vaklash! Sama-samang Pag-aklas ang Ating Lunas."

The virtual march, which will feature solidarity speeches and performances from various members and allies of the community such as Alfonso Manalastas, will be livestreamed on mmpride.org.
Pride March is an annual protest that hopes to both put an end to the social injustices the LGBTQIA+ experiences and a way to celebrate their solidarity and identities. —Kaela Malig/JCB, GMA News
