Miss Grand International: Samantha Bernardo on top 10 best in national costume, top 5 popular vote
The Philippines’ Samantha Bernardo has made it to the top 10 best in national costume and top 5 through popular vote at Miss Grand International.
The results were announced on the pageant’s Facebook page on Friday.
According to Miss Grand International, there will be three winners for the best in national costume this year.
Viewers can vote starting today until March 27 at 2 p.m. by subscribing to the YouTube channel and liking the video of their favorite candidate.

Samantha is also leading among the top five contestants voted through the Star Phone app. Voting is open until the coronation night on March 27.
On Thursday, the beauty queen slayed with her signature #GRANDnadaWalk at the Miss Grand International preliminary competition.
She also dazzled in her emerald green evening gown called “Lipad,” which represented Palawan’s yellow-throated bird.
On Wednesday, Samantha highlighted one of the nation’s treasures through her Philippine eagle-inspired national costume “Agila.”

Before that, she shared a video of herself as the “Goddess of Pearls,” which was inspired by the jewels of Palawan, where she came from.
Samantha first showed off her signature walk during the swimsuit competition on Saturday, where she was voted one of the five finalists for the “best in swimsuit” title.
