Kris Bernal encourages women to 'stay wild' as she marks the start of Women's Month
Kris Bernal kicked off International Women's Month with a fierce photo and a message of empowerment for her fellow ladies.
In an Instagram post on Monday, Kris shared photos of her flaunting her fit body and referring to herself as a "tiger."
"Always flexin' in my photos but my real flex in life is how many people's lives I can positively impact. I know most of my followers are female/women. Here's an advice from a tiger," she wrote in the caption.
"Stay wild, we weren't trained to be [tamed.] While by staying wild, I want you to know that we are sisters in everything and while we are each other's competition, we can and should be each other's biggest fans and supporters!" she added with a tiger emoji.
Kris is often praised by her followers as their fitspiration given that she works hard to maintain her strength, so it isn’t new for the actress to share tips like this for women out there.
In another Instagram post a week ago, the actress shared a photo of her post-workout, saying that rest is just as important as moving.
She is currently preparing for her upcoming wedding with fiancé Perry Choi. They got engaged in February 2020. —Franchesca Viernes/JCB, GMA News
