These cakes and cupcakes are the perfect gift for your plantita friends

Christmas is right around the corner! If you're still wondering what to give your plantita or plantito friends, why not some plant-inspired cakes or cupcakes?

"Unang Hirit" on Thursday shone the spotlight on these adorable baked sweets by Consume PH, which have designs such as cactuses, and flowers, and succulents.

The creative genius behind the shop, Angel Africa-Lesaca, shared that it took her fourth months of practice to perfect the designs.

"Sa simula talagang mahirap siyang gawin, pero kung matiyaga ka po, practice ng practice lang talaga ang kailangan doon and then ma-perfect mo na siya," she said.

She shared that the rose cabbage design was the most difficult for her to master.

The cupcakes are sold for P600 for six pieces. Since they're made with zero preservatives, they can last two days in room temperature, and seven days in the chiller.

The cakes are sold from P700 to P2,000 depending on the size and design. —JCB, GMA News
