Pope Francis has met with the woman whose hand he slapped away last New Year's Eve — CBCP
Remember that woman whose hand got slapped by Pope Francis after she "grabbed" his arm at St. Peter’s Square on New Year's Eve?
Well, CBCP News reported that the Holy See has already met the woman and has even spoken to her after the incident.
According to the report on Friday, Pope Francis "spoke briefly" to the woman after his general audience last January 8.

There was also a photo of the two smiling at each other as they shook hands.
Pope Francis had already apologized for the December 31 hand-slapping incident prior to this, admitting he had lost his patience.
“Many times we lose our patience; me too. I apologize for yesterday’s bad example,” the Pope had said during his January 1 Angelus.
