Seer Jay Costura returns to KMJS for ‘Gabi Ng Lagim VII’

Jay Costura's life changed after being featured on Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho's Gabi Ng Lagim VI last year.

A former call center manager, Jay says he has the ability to see the future and predict calamities and other tragedies that might occur.

After his appearance on last year's Gabi Ng Lagim VI, people started waiting for him after his shift to ask for help.

"Hindi ko naman puwedeng hindian. Hindi ko puwedeng sabihin na pagod ako kaya kinailangan ko silang kausapin isa-isa," Jay said in a web exclusive interview with Jessica Soho.

Jay said that most people ask for help about personal and family problems, love life, and even crime incidents—even if, Jay says, he gets random bruises after "seeing" the crime

"Sa ngayon, may mga ilan akong tinutulungan regarding sa pagkamatay ng kamag-anak nila," he said.

Recently, Jay added, he was able to find a missing person.

He also recounts dealing with marriage separation cases, finding the reasons for them and foreseeing if the husband or wife would come back or if they were already seeing someone else.

But according to Jay, the premonitions are not all negative.

"Hindi lang masasama ang mga pinapakita sa akin or trahedya, mayroon din naman akong natutulungan na marami," he said.

With the number of his customers rising, Jay said he decided to resign from the call center and start a new venture with his gift.

"Hindi na kaya ng katawan kong pagsabayin 'yong work kahit na maganda 'yong career ko dati," he said.

"Since nakita ko na maraming nangangailangan ng tulong, pumupunta na lang sila sa bahay," he added.

Jay said he took up nursing to see if he could cure himself of his gift. Now, however, he says he has learned to embrace his ability.

"Mayroon akong mahalagang part sa mundong ito. Masarap din sa pakiramdam na 'yong mga hindi mo kilala, lumalapit sayo at nagpapasalamat," he said.

He also admitted his gift comes with consequences, as sometimes he tries not to sleep so as not to dream of anything bad that might happen.

Despite the premonitions, Jay also says that God is still the only one who knows everything.

"'Wag magsawang magdasal. Hindi lahat ng tao ay naniniwala sa ganito pero may mga bagay din sa mundong 'di kayang ipaliwanag ng siyensya," he said.
